Vodka Eyeballing is a Dangerous New Viral Trend

A new trend among young drinkers is "Vodka Eyeballing" -- taking vodka shots to the eye. Needless to say, this is a dangerous and really, really stupid thing to do. It also looked incredibly painful.

Kathie Lee and Hoda talk to two experts who explain all the horrifying consequences of pouring vodka in your eyes after watching some idiot do it on Youtube. Vodka is 40-60% pure alcohol. Putting it in your eye can cause a chemical burn and blindness.

Dr. Tamara Kuittinen, the Director of Medical Educatin at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City also shares some of the ghastly things she sees in the ER -- especially on New Year's Eve. Young people who've been drinking have impaired judgment which leads to some terrible consequences.
