Xinhuanted reports that scientists at Zhejiang University in China have made two large ping pong playing robots. The tablet tennis bots are named Wu and Kong. They are 5.25 feet tall and weigh 121 pounds. The robots track the balls using eye-mounted cameras, which capture 120 images per second. Xiong Rong, the chief designer of the ping pong playing robots, says the robots can respond in less than 100 milliseconds with a margin of error of under 2.5 centimeters.
