PhillieBot Robot Throws Out First Pitch at Phillies Game

A robot named PhillieBot threw out the first pitch at a Philadelphia Phillies game on Wednesday. PhillieBot was engineered and built over the last two months with one specific purpose: to throw out the first pitch.

Unfortunately, things did not go well for PhillieBot. The ball bounced in front of home plate and PhillieBot was booed by fans. The Phillies mascot even made fun of the robot. It's a good thing robots don't have feelings. Take a look:
