Oil Gushing From BP's Oil Leak Turns Darker

The oil gushing from BP's damaged, open oil well at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico has turned a darker color. This probably means that the oil coming out is now heavier and more polluting. University of California at Berkley Engineering professor Bob Bea told the Associated Press that the color change could indicate that the leak has hit a "reservoir of more oil and less gas."
