New York City's Manhattanhenge Sunset

New York City experienced a Manhattanhenge sunset on Wednesday night. This occurs twice each year when the sun sets perfectly aligned with Manhattan's street grid. Photographs flocked to capture the event. Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson is created for coining the word "Manhattanhenge" and discovering the phenomenon. He talks in this AP clip about future anthropologists thinking the New York City grid was set up to intentionally line up with the sun. The end of the AP clip shows a timelapse of the sunset.
