NASA Creating Menu for Mars Mission in 2030s

NASA scientists are building menus for a manned mission to Mars in the 2030s. The menu would have to feed six to eight astronauts on the Mars mission. The mission would be about 2.5 years long - there and back. The scientists are working on about 100 different menu options. This AP clip shows a Thai pizza the researchers have created. One big difference between Earth pizza and Mars mission pizza is the Mars pizza sadly lacks cheese. There would be fresh vegetables available because the planning for the Mars mission includes the idea of a hydroponic Martian greenhouse. Take a look:
