Dr. Oz Shares Quick Tips for Staying Hydrated

Dr. Oz shares some quick tips for staying hydrated. He has an article on his site called the Hydration Handbook, see here. The articles notes signs of dehydration such as dark urine, dry skin, constipation and dizziness.

He also shares some quick tips in this video. Dr. Oz suggests carrying a reusable water bottle because you are more likely to refill it. He also says you can eat food that has high water content, such as watermelon. Dr. Oz also advises to plan ahead by packing water if you are going on an outing. He also says to take sips all day long. Take a look:
