DARPA's Pack Mule Robot Plays Follow the Leader

DARPA's four-legged pack mule robot (built by Boston Dynamics) plays follow the leader in this video. Working with the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL), researchers from DARPA's LS3 program demonstrate how the robot can follow a soldier over rough terrain. The robot does fall and roll over at one point but recovers and keeps on going. LS3 stands for Legged Squad Support System. Take a look:
