Danish Company to Launch Software Enabling Eye Control of Smartphones and Tablets in 2013

A Danish company, named The Eye Tribe, is close to launching software for eye-operated tablets and smartphones. The software is expected to launch in 2013, probably as an app for current smartphone and tablet operating systems. Reuters reports that Eye Tribe is so far refusing to reveal its technology partners. The Next Web reports that The Eye Tribe raised $800,000 earlier this year to develop the technology after demoing its prototype. The company was previously known as Senseye.
