Birth of Two Asian Lion Cubs at London Zoo Captured on Film

The birth of two Asian lion cubs was captured on film at the London Zoo. The mother, Abi, licked the cubs clean after they were born. The cubs are named Pumpkin and Spook. There are estimated to be 350 Asian lions remaining in the wild. There are 90 living in captivity. The first video shows the live birth, which was released today. The cubs are now seven-weeks old, as you can see in the second video. The London Zoo says the cubs are still feeding on milk from their mum and beginning to play-fight. Take a look:
