Bill Read Tells Keys, South Florida Residents Not to Drop Their Guard With Hurricane Rina

Hurricane Rina has been quickly strengthening in the Caribbean as it approaches the Yucatan peninsula. Bill Read, director of the National Hurricane Center, says, "I remind people that's far enough out in time that things can change, so you don't want to drop your guard as of yet, especially here across South Florida and into the Keys, or if you are vacationing down in the Caribbean."
